I have dismantled the two wooden models to make more room in the workshop for finishing and cleaning. Next stage filling both figures with stone. Groundwork will commence on-site at Barrington’s Pier in mid-July. The schudeled date for lifting the two figures by O’Grady Crane Hire from the workshop to Limerick will be towards the end of July.

The date for un-veiling is Thursday 18th August, 2022, by the Lord Mayor of Limerick. But a lot to do before that.
